Korean and Korean cuisines are a small part of Northeast cuisine. The home-cooked dishes in Northeast China are generally three kinds of delicacies, stewed pork vermicelli, stewed mushrooms with chicken, white meat with sauerkraut, hot kohlrabi and stir-fried shredded potatoes. There are also some styles in Korea and North Korea. The spicy cabbage eaten in Northeast China is similar to kimchi, but there are not so many peppers, and the curing time is very short. Northeast garlic eggplant doesn't seem to have this thing in Korea.
