When yeast consumes sugar, it not only produces alcohol, but also releases carbon dioxide, which means that as long as wine is still producing bubbles, it is not fully fermented. No bubbles. This wine is fermented.
In the early stage of wine fermentation, the peel is usually in the upper layer. If fermented, the peel will begin to precipitate. This situation shows that the wine is basically brewed and can be filtered.
