Ingredients
Raw dried dried shrimps, minced garlic, dried red pepper, salt, chicken essence, sugar
Method
1. Wash the dried shrimps Clean, mince the garlic, and cut the dry red pepper into shreds.
2. Heat oil in a pot until 50% hot, add minced garlic and chili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Pour in the dried dried shrimps and stir-fry. Use medium to low heat to slowly dry up the moisture in the dried shrimps.
4. Finally add a little salt, chicken essence and sugar to taste.
