method of work
1.) Wash the seaweed with water, scald it with hot water, take a shower, and drain it thoroughly for later use.
2.) Dissolve 4 tablespoons of salt1/in 2 cups of water for later use. Wash the apples, cut off the seeds and pedicles, cut them into eight equal parts, then cut them into 0.3 cm slices, soak them in salt water for 30 seconds, and immediately pick them up and drain them for later use.
3.) Wash cucumber and carrot separately, slice them, add 2 teaspoons of salt, and let them stand for 10 minute, then filter out the salt water for later use.
4.) Mix all the materials with the seasoning (3) and stir evenly to serve.
