1, temperature: straw mushroom is a high temperature fungus, growth and development temperature 10 ~ 44 ℃, growth and development of different periods of different temperature requirements, tensile spore germination temperature of 30 ~ 40 ℃, mycelium in the temperature of 10 ~ 44 ℃ can grow, the development of the substrate temperature of 28 ~ 32 ℃ is most suitable.
2. Moisture: Straw mushrooms are suitable to grow under high humidity conditions, the moisture content of culture material is about 70%, and the relative humidity of air is 90-95%. When the air humidity is lower than 80%, the growth of the substrate is slow and the surface is rough and lusterless, and when it is higher than 96%, the mushroom body is easy to be necrotic and morbid.
3, light: straw mushroom nutritional growth stage of light requirements are not strict, in the absence of light conditions can be normal growth, into the reproductive growth stage requires light induction to produce substrate. But avoid strong light, suitable light 50-100lx, the color of the substrate is related to the light intensity.
4, nutrients: glucose, fructose, sucrose, peptone, asparagine, glutamine and so on are good carbon and nitrogen sources for straw mushrooms, straw, waste cotton, bagasse and so on are the main materials for cultivating straw mushrooms.
5. pH: Straw mushrooms require pH between 4 and 10.3, the germination rate of tambourine spores is highest at pH 7.5, and at the stage of mycelium and substrate, pH 4.7-6.5 and 8 are suitable.
