1, ingredients: bacon, green pepper, green garlic sprout, sweet potato starch. Cut green pepper into pieces, garlic sprout into sections, ginger into slices, and prepare: monosodium glutamate, a little sugar.
2. Burn the skinned side of the bacon on a fire, preferably on a firewood. It is best to have a charcoal fire, or you can burn the rice. If there is no such condition at home, I will burn it directly on a natural gas stove. Brush the skin with a cleaning ball or scrape it with a knife. The skin burned in this way is easy to stew and especially fragrant.

Dried fresh radish is appetizing in winter, especially in the New Year. We can buy fresh spicy dried radish everywhere in Chongqing vegetable market, and it is also a good meal to stir-fry Sichuan style pork with dried radish, which is a typical small stir-fry for farmers.
1, prepare fresh dried radish. Choose pork belly with skin, preferably the kind that is half fat and half thin. Heat the pan, burn one side of the skin and then clean it.

Put it into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, add salt, ginger slices, cooking wine, pepper and onion, boil over high fire, and then simmer for more than 20 minutes until the meat turns red. In the past, tofu at home was made by myself during the New Year. Tofu was tender and delicious, and it was simply fried every time, and it was especially served. With fresh garlic sprouts, only a little salt and no other seasonings, it is especially delicious.
