The inspiration for Ryuugin cuisine comes from a restaurant called "Ryuugin". "Ryuugin" was founded by chef Seiji Yamamoto in 2003. It became a two-star restaurant in the first year of the release of the Michelin Tokyo Guide, and was later upgraded to a three-star restaurant. It is well-known to the world for the "Abnormal Strawberry" video that was widely circulated on the Internet. It has almost become the representative of molecular gastronomy. Subsequently, "Long Yin" continued to expand its territory in the Greater China region. In 2012, it opened "Sky_Yin" in Hong Kong and "Xiang_Yin" in Taipei in 2014. All tableware and tea sets at "Long Yin" are specially made to order, and some are even specially made for a particular dish.
