Raw materials: milk, sago, sugar
Practice:
1, prepare some sago. Select the standard sago: white color, smooth and rounded surface, hard and not broken, cooked, not paste, good transparency, chewing toughness.
2, cooking sago. Cooking sago method is, pot of boiling water, change the small fire into the sago. Cooking process should be constantly stirring, until the sago becomes transparent after turning off the heat. Rinse in cool water. Cooked sago as shown in the picture, is a grain of transparent beads.
3, choose a small bowl, put half a bowl of cooked sago.
4. Pour milk into the pot, add appropriate sugar and cook over low heat, then pour into the sago and serve. Summer can be put in the refrigerator cold.
Note: replace the milk with coconut milk is coconut sago dew!
