What are the precautions for using the frying machine?

There are several matters that need to be paid attention to when using the frying machine:

1. Strictly follow the wiring diagram of the frying machine circuit diagram. The shell must be grounded, and the front section of the main power cord must be separately connected. When connecting a leaky circuit breaker, it is strictly forbidden to touch electrical components while the voltage is on.

2. Water and oil must be added to the fryer before power is turned on to avoid burning the heating tube.

3. Do not add water to the fryer during operation, and do not replace the internal water when the oil temperature is higher than 80°C.

4. Oil that contains too much moisture and is prone to foaming cannot be used in this equipment.

5. Change the water once a day in summer and regularly in winter according to the water quality. The heating tube must be immersed in the medium to work.

6. During work, if food with high water content is put in or too much food is loaded at one time, it will boil. Be careful to avoid being scalded by the overflowing high-temperature oil.

7. When the water level in the fryer is too high, the excess water must be removed through the oil drain valve to prevent the occurrence of oil gain.

8. The set temperature of the frying machine should be lower than 230°C, and the power must be cut off when the operator leaves.

9. The fryer should be maintained at least once a month, and the surface contaminants on the heating pipe should be removed in time.
