What is the jellyfish we usually eat? Is it a plant or an animal?
The jellyfish is a large marine edible jellyfish, it is fresh and crispy, as big as a tabletop. Like a parachute, also like a white mushroom. The part shaped like a mushroom head is the skin of the jellyfish; the mouth and tentacles under the parachute cover like a mushroom stalk are the head of the jellyfish. The skin of the jellyfish is a layer of gelatinous material with high nutritional value. Sometimes they are stranded on the beach, so they are picked up and processed by the people on the shore for eating. It's very crispy to do cold.
