Vegetarian chicken 250g

Dark soy sauce, Salt, sugar, bean paste, a little green onion, ginger and Sichuan peppercorns
Steps of making vegetarian meat
1. Cut the vegetarian chicken into 1 cm thick slices.
2. Fry both sides in the oil pan until lightly browned.
3. Sauté onion and ginger until fragrant, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, chicken essence, a little bean paste, add water if it can cover the vegetarian chicken, and bring to a boil.
4. Add the fried vegetarian chicken and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. When the soup has basically penetrated into the chicken, remove from the pot.
