Seasoning: 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp rice wine, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, sesame seeds
How to make it: 1. Toss the slices of beef with the seasoning and spread them out on a baking rack, then place in a pre-heated oven and bake at 170℃ for about 5 minutes. 5 minutes to remove from the oven.
2. Place the sliced beef on the bread and layer with tomato slices, cucumber slices and alfalfa sprouts for an open beef sandwich.
