Nowadays, the incidence of cancer is getting higher and higher, which has become one of the major diseases threatening human health, and gastric cancer is one of the more common cancers. Gastric cancer has worried many doctors and patients, and many people have bowed their heads in front of it. How does Chinese medicine deal with this worrying stomach cancer? Professor Huang Jinchang made the following summary-
Gastric cancer, like other tumors, has deficiency of positive energy and excess of evil energy. Deficiency of positive energy is kidney deficiency of spleen and stomach, and excess of evil energy is phlegm and blood stasis.
First of all, look at the deficiency of the right: the syndrome differentiation of gastric cancer should not be limited to the stomach, we must consider the spleen and realize the role of the kidney in the treatment of gastric cancer. In the Ming Dynasty, Li Dongyuan founded the theory of spleen ascending and stomach descending, and in the Qing Dynasty, Ye Tianshi put forward the theory of spleen and stomach being treated separately. In fact, spleen and stomach are integrated, while spleen and stomach are strong, so qi and blood are full of biochemistry, qi is smooth, and phlegm and dampness have no source of metaplasia. Gastric cancer is not only a stomach disease, but also a symptom of spleen deficiency, spleen-stomach disease, prolonged, or congenital deficiency of kidney qi, resulting in both spleen and kidney damage. The deficiency of stomach cancer is manifested as deficiency of spleen and stomach.
Clinically, there are three types of spleen and stomach weakness, spleen and stomach yang deficiency and spleen and kidney deficiency damage. As long as spleen-stomach yang deficiency and spleen-kidney deficiency are excluded in syndrome differentiation, drugs can be used according to spleen-stomach weakness.
Spleen and stomach are full of yang deficiency, so as long as five or more of the six veins in Cunkou are chordal, the heart is full, and the head is dizzy when it starts, the syndrome differentiation can be accurate.
Patients with spleen and kidney deficiency have poor appetite, and conventional Chinese and western medicines to improve appetite are ineffective; Or vomiting stomach contents, but no obstruction, conventional antiemetic drugs are ineffective; Or diagnosed as gastroparesis, leather stomach, extensive adhesion between stomach and surrounding tissues; Or severe anemia. Only by applying large doses of drugs for invigorating spleen and kidney, benefiting spleen and kidney, and mediating Zhongzhou can we have a chance to survive. Spleen governs the transport and transformation, while kidney functions as qi, and spleen deficiency is unable to transport and transform, so it is bound to seek help from the kidney. Over time, it will lead to the lack of essence of the kidney, and even the dissipation of essence will damage other viscera, so most of the patients suffering from spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency are all kinds of diseases.
In fact, under the article "Buzhen Pill" in Jishengfang Wuzangmen Theory of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency, it is said that "generally, those who do not eat and are ineffective with spleen and stomach drugs are also so-called. People born, not good at nursed back to health, overworked house, deficiency of true yang, tepid fire, inability to steam spleen soil, rushing and losing cloth, and failure to transport it in Zhongzhou, which leads to food failure, chest stuffiness, fullness without food, or eating without consumption, diarrhea in large bowels, all of which are true fire failure, and spleen soil cannot be steamed. " Gai, who is weak in kidney-qi, is naturally unable to digest food and drink. For example, if rice is placed in a cauldron, there is no firepower. Although rice is not cooked all day, how can it be transformed? "
No matter which type, the main treatment should be regulating the spleen and stomach, eliminating phlegm, removing blood stasis and resisting cancer, with regulating the spleen and stomach as the foundation. Clinical medication should not only aim at the pathogenesis, but also take into account the characteristics of the spleen and stomach. The stomach belongs to Yangming, which dries the soil, likes cool and moist but hates dryness, and likes filth; Spleen is the main ascending part of Taiyin Yin soil, which likes warm dryness but hates dampness, and likes fragrance. The two diseases are the same, so the drug selection should be bitter and bitter, and Banxia Xiexin Decoction should be used to add and subtract.
Pinellia ternata is pungent and dry, and dried ginger is pungent and warm. Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Coptidis Rhizoma enter the stomach with bitter cold, and naturally the spleen rises and the stomach falls, and the qi is regulated smoothly. In order to help the qi flow smoothly, ginseng, dried ginger, roasted licorice and jujube are used to warm the spleen. Different from Lizhong Pill, jujube is used instead of Atractylodes macrocephala. Jujube is sweet, flat and moist, which can replenish qi, nourish blood and moisten dryness. Compared with Atractylodes macrocephala, it is slower and has no harm to body fluid.
Banxia Xiexin decoction is especially good for regulating qi activity, but its spleen-tonifying power is relatively insufficient, so Liujunzi decoction should be added to enhance its spleen-invigorating power. If yang deficiency stops, it should be warmed up, such as Linggui agent. If kidney-qi deficiency occurs, add Jinkui Shenqi Pill decoction instead of Jinkui Shenqi Pill.
Look at the evil: ① Spleen and stomach are the source of phlegm, while weak spleen and stomach are endogenous to phlegm. Moreover, "Differentiation of Dampness from Epidemic Febrile Diseases" has long pointed out: "The spleen governs the quality of wet soil, which is the wet area, so the middle-jiao dampness syndrome is the most." Therefore, no matter whether the damp pathogen blocks the spleen and stomach, or the spleen and stomach are dysfunctional, the damp pathogen as a pathological product is common in spleen and stomach diseases. In addition, the yang of the spleen and stomach is damaged, and it turns into water drinking, which is manifested as drinking syndrome.
② The spleen and stomach are located in the middle jiao, mediating the middle state, and regulating qi. Spleen and stomach diseases are prone to symptoms of qi congestion and turbid qi in the upper and lower qi.
③ Gastric cancer is yin syndrome, and it takes more than ten years from general stomach disease to gastric cancer, and blood stasis syndrome often appears after a long illness. Moreover, judging from the purple tongue of digestive system tumors, gastric cancer has blood stasis.
④ We think that once the focus exists, cancer toxin will cause the disease together with pathogenic factors such as phlegm-dampness, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and it will be gastric cancer. It can be seen that the pathogenic factors of gastric cancer are phlegm-dampness drink, qi stagnation and blood stasis, cancer toxin and other factors.
The method of eliminating evil mainly refers to regulating qi and promoting blood circulation, eliminating phlegm and eliminating dampness, and fighting poison with poison.
Regulating qi and activating blood circulation method: gastric cancer is caused by disharmony of spleen and stomach, and the spleen and stomach are naturally unobstructed. As long as there is no obvious obstruction of qi, simply regulating the spleen and stomach can be used. If there is obvious obstruction of qi, use August Zagreb, Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae and Radix Curcumae. Curcuma zedoary, Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Scolopendra and Rhizoma Corydalis can be used to promote blood circulation.
Resolving phlegm and removing dampness: the spleen and stomach are the organs for producing phlegm. Gastric cancer with phlegm-dampness drink should be treated by removing dampness and resolving phlegm. Medicinal tangerine peel, Pinellia ternata, Arisaema cum bile, Curcuma tuber, Acorus gramineus, Poria, Alisma orientalis, Gleditsia sinensis, black ugly, white ugly, etc.
Fight poison with poison: the formation of a lump is bound to be toxic and pathogenic, and drugs to fight poison with poison should be given in the course of treatment, such as gecko, Mylabris, toad skin, centipede and so on. Drugs that fight poison with poison are harmful to qi and stomach, so it is advisable to use less drugs, light dosage and short medication time for patients without tumor and infirm after operation; 2 3 kinds of drugs can be selected for patients with rapid tumor development and strong body, and the amount can be large.
In a word, the treatment of gastric cancer first strengthens the spleen and stomach, adjusts the ascending and descending, so that phlegm and dampness are not born, qi and blood are flourishing, and liver and lung are supplemented, which can prevent liver and lung metastasis; At the same time, it is given the products of eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm, promoting blood circulation and resisting cancer.
