Tomato and corn sparerib soup
Composition:
2 ribs, 2 tomatoes, corn 1, potato 1, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of ginger, and leek 1.
Exercise:
1, corn is cut into small pieces, potatoes are cut into small pieces to soak out starch, tomatoes are peeled and cut into small pieces, ribs are cut into small pieces, put into a pot with cold water, add ginger slices, green onions and 1 tablespoon cooking wine, blanch to remove blood, take out and clean.
