After soaking two Jin of glutinous rice in water for 3 hours, put the rice in a gauze bag, roughly filter off the water, and dry steam it for 3 minutes. Mix the distiller's grains with glutinous rice, let the glutinous rice cool, generally 3℃ to 4℃, and grind the distiller's grains into powder. Add a bowl of warm water to the rice, mix the fermented rice with glutinous rice according to the above method, dig a hole in the middle to get the wine, and then seal it. Wrap the sealed container in a down jacket and put it in a heating room with a temperature of 35 to 37 degrees. It takes about 24 to 48 hours to make the daughter red wine successfully.
