Ingredients: one apple, one tribute pear (don't choose a pear, it will be sour), eight to ten horseshoes (buy peeled fresh ones directly), carrots, 250g lean meat, one candied date, two slices of ginger and a little salt.
Peel apples and pears, wash them, and cut them into cubes. Carrots and lean meat are also cut into cubes. Put it into the pot with horseshoe, candied dates and ginger, add some water to boil, then simmer for an hour and a half with a little salt.
Materials can be adjusted according to the number of people.
This soup is very fragrant, slightly sweet and delicious. Don't put candied dates if you don't like sweet ones.
