Ingredients for Stir-Fried Buddha's Hand Melon
1 Buddha's Hand Melon, 1 red bell pepper
Shredded green onion, ginger
Salt, Meiji-Shuang, a little
Chicken Powder 1/4 tsp
How to make Stir-Fried Buddha's Hand Melon
Step 1
Preparing the ingredients. Cut red pepper into rings, shred onion and ginger.
Step 2
Wash and cut off both ends of Buddha's hand melon, slice it first
Step 3
Slice Buddha's hand melon into julienne again and set aside.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan and sauté the onion, ginger and red pepper.
Step 5
Put in the julienne strips of melon and stir-fry for a few seconds
Step 6
Drop in the Meiji-Shao, season to taste.
Step 7
Toss well and remove from heat.
