Nutritionist is engaged in nutrition guidance, nutrition and food safety knowledge dissemination, nutritional health care and dietary guidance and other work. According to the occupation of the actual work content and vocational skills requirements, dietitian occupation can be divided into: primary dietitian, intermediate dietitian, senior dietitian, clinical dietitian, research dietitian.

Clinical Dietitian: with professional knowledge and skills in clinical nutrition, able to conduct nutritional assessment and dietary guidance for various diseases and special populations, propose scientific nutritional programs, and conduct relevant clinical nutrition education and publicity.

Research Nutritionist: with profound knowledge and skills in nutrition research, able to conduct advanced nutritional assessment and dietary guidance, propose innovative nutritional programs, and conduct high-end nutritional education and publicity.

Role of the Dietitian:

Provide personalized nutritional counseling on dietary plans, nutritional combinations, food choices and cooking methods. Conducts nutritional assessments to help patients determine their nutritional needs and detect problems with their diet.

Participates in patients' disease management and recovery programs, providing nutritional support and nutritional management programs. Promotes healthy lifestyles, including diet, exercise and mental health.
