Method: 1) Slice the frozen shrimp, remove the heads and shells. 2) Use a knife to cut open the back of the shrimp, and use a toothpick to pick out the intestines.
3) Chop the shrimp into puree with a knife, and add chopped green onion and ginger to it. Save a few whole shrimps with tails to make shrimp balls with whole shrimps and tails when you bite them.
4) Take an egg and separate the egg white and yolk.
