Sophora japonica' Liao Hong' is a new variety of Sophora japonica cultivated by Associate Professor Qiu Yanchang of Liaocheng University. Its Citi petals are pale pink, and its wing petals and keel petals are lavender. The flowering period (Liaocheng area) is from early July to mid-August, which is about 14 days longer than that of common Sophora japonica. In summer, the pagoda tree is full of red flowers, and the landscape is novel and beautiful.
