Wash the glutinous rice, soak it for more than 5 hours (longer time, sticky rice is good)

Pad the bottom with gauze, spread the glutinous rice, then poke a few holes with chopsticks, cover it with extra gauze, put the lid on, and steam it for 30 minutes on high heat.
