1. 6 paper cups, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 cup whole milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 3/4 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup cream, 1/2 cup kosher salt, 1 /4 teaspoons, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, appropriate amount of graham crackers.
2. In a small bowl, stir the cornstarch and two tablespoons of milk into a slurry, then set it aside.
3. In a medium saucepan, combine the remaining milk, sugar, peanut butter, salt, and vanilla over medium heat, stirring frequently. When it starts to steam, add the cornstarch and continue stirring for a few minutes until the mixture thickens slightly, then use a spoon to coat it.
4. Remove it from the heat and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Place about half of the graham crackers and a spoon into a paper cup, place the popsicle stick in the center, and freeze until firm, about 5 hours.
6. Place the remaining graham crackers in a bowl. Working one at a time, pull the paper cups away from the popsicles, roll them in graham cracker crumbs, and put them back in the freezer.
