Can spring rolls be steamed?
Spring rolls can be steamed. Growing up, spring rolls were usually fried and they tasted delicious. Eating spring rolls by steaming them will avoid getting angry.
How to make dry steamed spring rolls
1. Peel and dice the potatoes, chop the lean meat into puree, add salt and chicken essence and mix evenly,
2. Mixed spring roll filling
3. Take a piece of dough, wrap the mixed meat filling and put it on a plate.
4. Then put it one by one and steam it in the steamer 5-- -8 minutes
5. Allow to cool slightly and then serve on a plate
6. It can be served with chili oil or light soy sauce for a more delicious taste.
How to choose lean pork
1. Choose pork that is neither fat nor lean. We don’t like to eat food that is too fat, and food that is too thin is unsafe and tastes bad. Neither fat nor thin is just right, nothing is too much, and the same goes for pork. This also coincides with the Chinese "gold mean"
2. If you really don't like eating fat meat. Then it is best to choose all lean meat that is cut on site, because it is easier to identify the quality of the whole pork from the fat. Good or fresh pork, the fat is white and shiny. The muscles are uniform in color and slightly dry or moist in appearance. Press it with your fingers and the dent can be restored quickly
3. Look at the epidermis. This is why it’s safer to see pork cut live. Red spots or bleeding spots on the skin are mostly diseased pork. Pigs with thick skin, large pores and dark red muscles are mostly sow pork
4. Look at the muscles. If there is congestion between the muscles, most of them died before being slaughtered. This is caused by unclean bleeding. Muscles that are bright red or deep red in color are mostly caused by the addition of drugs such as clenbuterol. If the color is gray and white, the meat is likely to be water-filled. You can judge by picking up the pork and looking at the chopping board where the meat is placed to see if there are water stains
5. Smell. Fresh pork has a normal smell of fresh meat. Stale pork smells of ammonia or sour gas.
