As far as China is concerned, China is also one of the top ten major producers of pineapple, the distribution is mainly concentrated in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan, Fujian, Taiwan and other hot provinces.

Xuwen County is China's largest pineapple production base, every 10 pineapples in China, there are 3 produced from here, pineapple planting area of up to 130,000 acres, annual output of more than 260,000 tons.
