Simple version of peanut candy?
First, prepare peeled peanuts (both raw and cooked) and white sugar, and you don't need water or oil all the time.
When the pan is hot, add peanuts and stir fry. Be sure to keep frying, or it will burn easily. Just fry the peanuts until they are easy to peel.
It is troublesome to crush and peel fried peanuts. I cut peanuts with a knife and then blow them off.
Next, boil the sugar. It is more convenient to use a non-stick pan. Stir fry here until the sugar turns into syrup. Don't cook for too long, or the sugar will become bitter.
After the sugar melts, pour in peanuts, stir well and quickly take out the pot.
I poured it directly on the tile of the stove to avoid sticking it everywhere. If it sticks, clean it with a knife! Flatten it with a knife while it's hot, and then pat it all around.
Finally, just cut it into the size and shape you like. The next few steps should be done while it is hot, otherwise it will be difficult to cut the peanut candy when it is cold, and everything will be scattered.
Store the prepared peanut candy in a sealed box.
