Ingredients: pumpkin 1 piece, 30g red dates, 30g white sugar, and water.
Method:
1, wash 1 pumpkin, peel off the outer skin, cut and clean the pulp inside, cut off the inverted triangle and block, and put the inverted triangle tip down in a small bowl.
2. Put the chopped pumpkin in the middle of the bowl, as shown.
3. Then seal the bowl with plastic wrap, so as to prevent water from escaping when steaming the pumpkin.
4, boil water from the pot, put the bowl of pumpkin on the steaming plate, cover and steam for about 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes, pour the pumpkin in the bowl into a plate.
6, take out a pot again, put the right amount of water in the pot, add 30g white sugar, 30g red dates, and boil in water.
7. Place the cooked red dates in a circle of pumpkins, and pour the red date water on the pumpkins, so that a steamed pumpkin will be steamed.
