1 Prepare some fresh hawthorn and wash it for later use.
2. Use chopsticks to insert in the middle and remove the head and tail.
It is best to use a hard straw, which can take out all the seeds accurately.
3. After handling all the hawthorn, wash it again.
4. Pour the hawthorn into the pot and add enough water.
Add a handful of rock sugar.
The amount of rock sugar is adjusted according to the amount of hawthorn and personal requirements for sweetness and sourness.
5. Boil the hawthorn on high fire and continue to cook until the rock sugar is completely melted.
Then cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
