1. Wash mushrooms, tear them into thin strips, and boil them with water.
2. Cut the chicken breast into wide strips, cut the pepper and carrot into wide strips, slice the onion and ginger, and squeeze the mushrooms to dry the water.

Tips
When mushrooms are put into the water, some people don't like the taste. Squeeze the water after the cold water is too cold, so that the fried mushrooms won't be watered.
A little vinegar will taste good.
