1. soften the butter in advance; remove the outer shells of large almonds, take the almond nuts; put a piece of tinfoil on a baking sheet and spread the almonds on the tinfoil
2. preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the almonds for 8 minutes in the oven
3. during the time of baking the almonds, cut the softened butter into small dices and set aside
4. 4. After 8 minutes, take the almonds out of the oven, add the butter and mix well while still hot, so that each almond is coated with a layer of butter
5. Sprinkle the salt evenly onto the buttered almonds, and then send them into the oven to bake for another 5 minutes
6. You can take out the almonds again and turn them with a spatula while roasting, so that each one of the almonds is evenly flavored; remove them and allow them to cool and then eat them. Store in airtight jars for up to a week or so
