1.? Wash the pork belly first, put the whole piece in water and cook until it is 7 minutes cooked, then take it out for later use.
2.? Then spread soy sauce on the pork skin (you can put some oil in soy sauce) and marinate for 5-10 minutes.
3.? Put a small amount of oil in the hot pot, pour in the soy sauce left over from the cured meat, put the whole piece of pork belly, put the skin down, make it contact with the soy sauce, fry it with low fire, and then get out of the pot after the skin absorbs the soy sauce and becomes discolored.
