Steamed whole eggs with soy sauce
Ingredients: 3 eggs, half a teaspoon of salt, soy sauce or seafood 1 tablespoon, pepper/half a teaspoon, cooking oil 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons of water, onion 1 small piece.
Exercise:
1. Put the salt, soy sauce and pepper into a slightly deeper container, add water and mix well.
2. Beat in the eggs and pour in the cooking oil.
3. Chop chopped green onion, sprinkle on eggs and steam for ten minutes.
Cucumber omelet
Ingredients: cucumber 1 root, 300g flour, 2 eggs and a little salt.
Exercise:
1, diced cucumber, and mashed with a cooking machine;
2. Add flour and salt, stir evenly into paste, and beat the eggs in a bowl for later use;
3. Heat the electric baking pan with low fire, scoop a spoonful of batter and wipe it evenly. After a little solidification, pour an appropriate amount of egg liquid;

Rice and vegetable rolls
Ingredients: glutinous rice, fried dough sticks, diced ham, mustard tuber.
Exercise:
1, glutinous rice, rice 1: 1 steamed, which can be cooked one day in advance;
2. Spread the rice flat on the plastic wrap;
3. Put a fried dough stick on rice, vegetarian sausage and mustard tuber and hold it tightly.
