In the same group, blood pressure does not vary much between boys and girls of different age groups. Blood pressure also increased gradually with age, characterized by an increase in systolic blood pressure, and there was no difference in blood pressure between men and women of all ages; systolic blood pressure was significantly higher than that of those with normal BMI, and there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure. Conclusion: Age and blood pressure were positively correlated, with systolic blood pressure being the most prominent; systolic blood pressure was significantly higher in those with a BMI above normal.
A mathematical formula has been proposed which expresses the "ideal value" (from the point of view of medical statistics) of blood pressure at different ages.
Systolic blood pressure = (104 + (0.3 x age ) ) x 1mmHg
Diastolic blood pressure = (70 + (0.2 x age ) ) x 1mmHg Reference value for the average normal blood pressure of a Chinese person
