Translation:

The egrets are soaring freely in front of Xisai Mountain; in the river water, the fat Mandarin fish swim happily; the peach blossoms floating in the water are so bright and full. Fisherman wearing a green colored Ruo hat on his head, clad in a green straw raincoat, braving the slanting wind and rain, happy to fish, with no need to go home.

Appreciation:

The word describes the Jiangnan water town spring floods in the landscape and pleasant fisherman image: the spring river water green, rain and misty, the rain in the mountains, the river fishing boat, the sky egret, the bank peach red, the river water rising, Mandarin fish are fat; green Ruo hat, green raincoat, fisherman drunkenly forgetting to go back to the time.
