Exercise:
1. Squid should be cleaned (eyes removed, teeth removed, and black skin on the surface removed) and cut into another slice.
2. Put the squid into a pot with cold water, add a spoonful of cooking wine and a slice of ginger, cook until the water boils, then remove the cold water and drain it for later use.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and garlic sprouts until fragrant, add squid and stir-fry for two minutes (it will be more fragrant if fried for a long time), add a spoonful of soy sauce+a spoonful of oyster sauce+a proper amount of salt and pepper powder, and finally add green pepper and stir-fry evenly.
