Liaoning sea cucumber, referred to as "Liaoshen" for short, is mainly produced in Dalian, which is a sea cucumber production and breeding base with a long history in China. Liaoshen grows slowly due to environmental and climatic reasons, and it takes about 4-5 years to grow, so the meat is plump and full, and the nutrition is rich.
Second, Shandong sea cucumber
Shandong sea cucumber is mainly produced in Yantai, Qingdao and Weihai. It is also one of the most important sea cucumber production and processing bases in China. Shandong has a long history of cooking sea cucumber, and "sea cucumber with onion" is the most famous dish in Shandong cuisine. The growth environment of Shandong sea cucumber is not much different from that of Liaoning sea cucumber, and the nutritional value is also indistinguishable in Bohai Bay area.
Third, Fujian sea cucumber
Fujian is the main producing area of sea cucumber in the south, but the main producing area of sea cucumber is in the north, so most sea cucumbers in Fujian are "raised in the north and raised in the south", that is, high-quality sea cucumber seedlings are introduced from Liaoning, Shandong and other places, and the advantages of climate and environment in Fujian and other places are used to make sea cucumbers grow rapidly. Xiapu, Fujian has become the "sea cucumber capital" in the south.
