Pork stir-fried cabbage
Ingredients: 250g cabbage, 25g fat and lean pork slices
Supplementary ingredients: 10g garlic, 25g lard, 15g soy sauce , 2 grams of refined salt, 5 grams of water starch, 50 grams of water, a little green onion, ginger and minced garlic.
Method:
1. Cut the cabbage into domino pieces 5 cm long and 1.5 cm wide. Cut the garlic into 3 cm long segments.
2. Put the lard into the pot, put the meat slices under it and stir-fry until fresh. Add onions, ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and refined salt. Add the cabbage according to the color of the meat and continue to stir-fry until the cabbage comes out of water. Add 50 grams of water, boil the pot to thicken the sauce, add garlic and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.
