What is the temperature control of amaranth in greenhouse?
Amaranth in greenhouse is warm and heat-resistant. The optimum growth temperature is 23 ~ 27℃, the growth is slow below 20℃, and the seeds are difficult to germinate below 10℃.

Choose varieties suitable for planting in spring and summer, such as green rice amaranth and willow amaranth. At the beginning of February, 3000kg of fully decomposed organic fertilizer, 100kg of calcium superphosphate or 50kg of ternary compound fertilizer were sprayed every 667m2 in the greenhouse, and the soil was plowed to make the base fertilizer and the soil fully mixed, and the soil was prepared and ridged. The six-meter-wide greenhouse is used for four flower beds, and ditches are dug in the middle of the flower beds on both sides, with a depth of 30cm. Apply decomposed organic fertilizer 1500kg per 667m2 border, and turn it shallowly 1 ~ 2 times to make the border soil fine and broken. Amaranth was directly sown in the middle and late February, and 3kg was sown every 667m2. After shallow raking with small teeth, water it, cover it with plastic film and a small arch shed, and cover it with a straw curtain at night to keep warm. It takes about 15 days to emerge. After emergence, remove the plastic film to keep the soil moist. When the seedling has two true leaves, topdressing 1 time, interval 10 ~ 15 days, topdressing 1 time, applying urea 10kg every 667m2, and then watering. When the leaves of amaranth are 4-5, the seedlings should be thinned, that is, 1 harvested, and 1 fertilizer should be applied after harvesting. Amaranth was harvested about 5cm at the base in the first half of April to promote the regeneration of lateral branches, and it was harvested for 2 ~ 3 times continuously until the end of June.

Amaranth leaves are rich in calcium easily absorbed by human body, which can promote the growth of teeth and bones, maintain normal myocardial activity and prevent intramuscular spasm. At the same time, it is rich in iron, calcium and vitamin K, which can promote blood coagulation, increase hemoglobin content, improve oxygen carrying capacity and promote hematopoiesis. Amaranth does not contain oxalic acid, and the calcium and iron contained in it can be easily absorbed and utilized after entering the human body. Amaranth grows for 30-60 days. Open-field cultivation, in the frost-free period all over the country, can be sown in stages and harvested one after another.
