Materials for pickled radish
1 white radish 1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp dark soy sauce 5 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp vinegar
3-4 dried chili peppers
Step 1
Wash the white radish, then Wait for the skin moisture to dry while you prepare the other ingredients.

Slice the white radish into even thin slices, remember not to remove the skin here, marinate with the skin, the radish is particularly crisp.
