Because most mushrooms grow on wood, planting shiitake mushrooms also requires cultivating a suitable environment for their growth. Before planting shiitake mushrooms, you first need to find high-quality wood as a base for the cultivation of the project. Of course, you have to choose high-quality wood, the length of which is about 1.5 meters, and then use a wood chipper to process the wood into wood chips to lay a good foundation for the cultivation of shiitake mushrooms.
Additionally, there is a point to note that wood containing high quality wood is not to be chosen, such as pine and cypress, is the wood that needs to be excluded.
Once the processing of the wood chips is completed, they can be placed in the tray containing the eggs, and then mix the wood chips with water, while sugar, gypsum and other substances need to be mixed, the purpose of which is to improve the environment for the development of the project, and at the same time be able to serve as a disinfectant. After preparing the materials, stirring with a wooden stick, about three times, until the wood shavings and related substances are mixed together, even if it sits in a petri dish suitable for the development of shiitake mushrooms.
You need to bag the stirred wood chips and seal them. Of course, the bag can not be too solid, which is not conducive to the fermentation of the wood chips, and can not be packed too send, otherwise it is not easy to control the temperature, is not conducive to the fermentation of the wood chips petri dish. Packed petri dishes should also be sterilized at a high temperature of 100 °, and then put on twenty-four hours for disinfection and sterilization, you can make a petri dish that can be used for shiitake mushroom cultivation.
Of course, this does not mean that the petri dish can be moved at any time, it should be transported directly to the greenhouse, where the seeds of the shiitake mushrooms are planted inside the petri dish at the right temperature, and care should be taken to keep it sealed and sterilized, to avoid infection at this stage.
Then comes the stage of mycelial growth, which needs to be oxygenated so that the mushroom can grow better. When it grows up, it needs to be kept inside the shed for the summer. Because the temperature in summer is higher than extremely high, it is necessary to maintain the temperature and humidity to avoid the shiitake mushroom from being burned by the high temperature. By the time October rolls around, the shiitake mushrooms continue to grow and are almost ready to be harvested in another half a month.
