Materials
110g of plain flour, 100g of butter, 4 eggs, 90g of sugar, 20g of black sesame seeds
Practice
1. Eggs+sugar, put them in a large bowl and whisk them with a whisk (no need to whip them)
2. Butter microwave for 30 seconds or so to melt into a liquid. Add the egg mixture, stir well
3. Add the flour and black sesame seeds and stir well
4. Mixed into a thick batter
5. Pan on the stove, do not open the fire, pocket a large spoonful of batter in the middle of the pan
6. Handheld pan rotation, the batter turned, in the bottom of the pan in a thin layer
7. Turn on the low heat heating, and wait for the edge of the omelet side When it is a little brown and disconnected from the bottom of the pan, turn it over and reheat to the same degree on the other side
8. Invert the omelet onto a plate and quickly roll it up into an omelet with a pair of chopsticks; hold it in place for a while until it cools down a little and then it's ready to be set
9. Rinse the pan under cold running water to dry it out, and then continue with the next one until you've finished with all of them
