How to make vermicelli balls
Boil vermicelli with water till soft.
Cut the onion and ginger into mince.
Drain the cooked vermicelli and cut into small pieces.
Put the cut vermicelli into a basin, add the chopped green onion, ginger, salt, thirteen spices, and eggs and stir well, then add an appropriate amount of water and flour and stir.
Pour oil into the pot and heat it up. Use a small spoon to scoop a spoonful into the oil pot and start frying the meatballs one by one until they are cooked through.
Tips
The vermicelli must be cooked until it can be broken into pieces when rubbed with your fingers, otherwise the taste will be affected.
