Home-made tofu

Ingredients:

ingredients:

1. Soak the tofu in salt water, drain the water and cut it into pieces with the same thickness and size.

Materials:

1. Slice pork belly, onion and ginger, cut Chinese cabbage, fry eggs in poached eggs, cut into pieces, slice tofu, soak in water and wash in cold water for later use.

2. Put cold water into the casserole, add pork belly, pepper, aniseed and onion ginger to boil, and filter the foam while cooking.

Material:
