Red-spotted fish, a deep-sea fish, is named after its red spots. The body is long, the side is flat, and the color is diverse, usually brown or red, with stripes and spots. Red-spotted fish is rich in protein, and also contains essential fatty acids such as linolenic acid, arachidonic acid and linoleic acid, as well as eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid.
