200g plain flour, 100g soybean noodles, 150g water, 2g salt
Practice
1. Flour, soybean noodles, and salt are mixed well;
2. You should add the water slowly, (the rolling out of the noodles must be hardened a little bit), and with your hands and form a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it to molasses for 20 minutes;

6. After cutting, use your hands to shake the noodles, shake off the excess flour and then cool on the cover mat.
