Baihao Yinzhen Tea was founded in 1796 and is one of the six famous teas in China. Its origin is in Fujian, and its main producing areas are Fuding, Zherong, Zhenghe, Songxi and Jianyang, and it is known as the "beauty" and "tea king" in tea.

Baihao Yinzhen tea is made from Dabai tea by traditional technology, which belongs to micro-fermented tea. No frying or kneading during processing, only withering, baking and drying.

The raw materials of fresh leaves are tea buds. After being made into finished tea, Baihao Yinzhen is needle-shaped, dense and white as silver, hence the name Baihao Yinzhen.
