Although they have never been eaten, I think the taste should be the same as spicy wonton. There is also fried wonton, which is actually the same as fried jiaozi and fried sesame balls. This kind of wonton should have a crispy skin and a soft and waxy taste inside.
Wonton in tomato sauce should taste just like fish in tomato sauce, which is sweet and sour, so wonton in tomato sauce should also be sweet and sour. Bone soup wonton is the most normal kind of wonton, but the soup is changed into bone soup. In contrast, I still like to eat wonton with clear soup, because it is clear and not greasy.
As far as the taste of the cold wonton I have eaten is concerned, it tastes the same as a special northeast cold salad. This cold dish is just a salad with juice. I think the seasoning of the cold wonton is the same as the juice with juice, which is very sour and refreshing.
Compared with the fried dumplings, the fried wonton lacks some rich flavor, but it is crispy and strong. I prefer fried wonton to cold wonton. But eat fried wonton with soup, or you will feel very dry and greasy.
