1, nourishing diet
(1) Stewed hen with angelica and astragalus
Ingredients: 50g of Angelica sinensis, 50g of Radix Astragali (stir-fried),/kloc-0 per old hen, appropriate amount of onion, ginger and salt.
Usage: Wash Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Astragali, Herba Alii Fistulosi and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens respectively, and put them into a casserole. (2) Stewed pork elbow with chestnuts
Materials: chestnut 500~ 1000g, pork elbow 1, jujube 15, onion, ginger, pepper, cooking wine and salt.
Usage: Wash and peel chestnuts, and wash and core red dates. Wash onion, pepper and ginger, chop them up and put them into gauze bags. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add gauze bags and pig's trotters, bring to a boil over high fire, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt, cook for 3 hours, and then add chestnuts until cooked and soft. Eat it in a week.
Chestnut has the functions of strengthening spleen and stomach, tonifying middle energizer, tonifying kidney and strengthening tendons. 2. What should I do if I feel dizzy?
Patients need to rest in bed first, and rapid glucose supplementation is the main purpose. 3. It should also be noted that
(1) Patients with hypoglycemia should strictly limit the intake of monosaccharides, eat less refined or processed products, and stop eating raw fruits and juices with high sugar content.
