Classification of non-transgenic rapeseed oil from arowana
Rapeseed oil is classified into four grades according to color, odor, transparency, soap content, insoluble impurities, acid value, peroxide value and solvent residue, among which acid value, peroxide value and solvent residue are mandatory quality indicators and others are not mandatory. Refined oil is divided into four grades (the lowest of the four grades) according to the degree of compliance.
