Ingredients
Mango 1 large (about 510 grams)
Sago 50 grams
Milk (you can leave it out) discretionary
Butter 3 tablespoons
Ice cubes 100 grams
How to Make It
1. First, soak sago in water (soaking water) for 3 hours, overnight is better. Drain well. Bring a deep pot of boiling water to a boil, then add the sago and cook for 15 minutes. Stir while cooking to avoid sticking to the bottom. Remove from the water and sieve through a sieve of cold water (i.e. rinse with cold water). Drain and set aside.
2. Peel and dice the mango. Leave 1/3, the rest with ice and sugar, put into a mixer food processor, get 1 to 2 minutes, into the frozen mango juice.
3. Use a small cup to hold the mango juice, add the cooked sago and mix well. Add some mango grains on top. Enjoy it while it's cold!
