2. Plant foods such as soybean, peanut, rapeseed, sunflower seed and walnut kernel are rich in oil and mainly contain unsaturated fatty acids. Fatty acids in coconut oil, palm oil and cocoa oil are mainly saturated fatty acids.
(1) Milk: A box of 240ml milk contains about 8g of fat. (2) Vegetables: Most fresh leafy vegetables and melons contain less lipids.
(3) Fruits: Most fresh fruits contain less oil. (4) Meat and eggs: 1 egg (about 60g) contains about 6g of fat, and 50g fish and chicken (peeled) contains about 3g of fat; 50g fat and lean beef contains about 2g fat, and 50g lean beef contains about 1.
(5) Dried beans and seeds: Most dried beans and seeds are rich in oil, so the intake of these foods cannot be ignored in life.
(6) Edible oil and animal fat ribs. (7) Other foods, such as mayonnaise, cream, cakes, chocolate and ice cream, all contain more lipids.
